During last in-store visit, cashier was new, no problem with that, struggled with scanning rewards app, asked for help, large... sized the orders, gave me small cups instead of large cups. Long wait for 2 orders. One person handling mobile and in-storeorders, finally got orders, did not include large unseasoned fries as requested, they offered to give me more fries, waitedlonger, when received the additional fries, they were seasoned. Awsome food little pricey, and not my favorite but still pretty good.

First they took away onion rings. If you didn't know, Zaxby's has the driest blandest french fries in the industry. But I... loved that club on Texas toast. Then they took the club away and are now calling a chicken sandwich with bacon a club. I'msure if I wanted bacon on the chicken sandwich which isn't all that great, I could have ordered it that way. Just recently turned on to Zaxby?s ? spicy chicken sandwich with zaxby?s sauce hit the spot!!

Order is never right lately. Salads are always missing bread and have brown lettuce I have to pick through. Always missing... sauces we order. Yesterday we ordered a side of fries and they were missing. 90% of the time the drinks are wrong as well. Anddon?t get me started on how rude the staff are. Read more

Disappointed in their Southwest Zalad. It?s nowhere near as generous looking as pictured in their ads/boards. Fortunately, I... had some lettuce at home, extra tomatoes, cheese, etc. to add to it. With tax it ended up being $11 wasted. Buy a salad kitand make your own. Read more

We have order the chicken Sandwich and they packed in a black plastic box , because the sandwich was hot it bunt out the... plastic box because of which we had to throw away the food, definitely we do not want burnt plastic getting into food . Read more
