Horrible Horrible! I haven?t had Checkers in like at least 6 years.. I said let me try it for old times . Because it was... always good ! But honey let me tell you . That Champ meal was a nasty mess . The root beer soda was flat . The burger is notreal ground beef. It was nasty and small with a nasty texture and the little grape size tomatoes ( sliced) The lettuce waslittle pieces of nothing . Even the fries weren?t good !! Just a whole mess !! I threw the whole meal away ( money gone ) .Close this Checkers ! Because it?s a hot mess . The customer service was like the whole meal. A mess ! Read more

Very friendly staff during dinner rush. I don't usually deliver food in this part of the Glen Burnie, to avoid being sent into... Baltimore after dark. I walked up to the window to pick up my customers order, waited just a min or two. I hate deliveringdrinks, always makes things difficult. Unfortunately, they had run out of cup holders, but I told the girl I'd grab my portableone out of the trunk. She immediately offered to help me carry everything to the car. Awesome way to step up! We ordered using the mobile app. After going up to the window they told us the food hadn't been made yet, and watched as they... served 4 cars that had arrived after us. When we finally got our food they only have us half of our order and then have usattitude and blame us for not getting the second bag. Never going to this Checkers again. Read more
After 2 pretty rotten experiences I don't think I'll be going back. 1st time I ordered a bacon Zilla Burger, charge an extra... dollar which was 40 cents for lettuce and 60 cents for tomato or vice versa...was not told when I ordered. Had to ask for myreceipt. 2nd time, I was using a coupon that I filled out from a survey which was free Sandwich with the purchase of a largedrink and got charged for the Burger. I bring it to the cashier's attention and then she turned around and charged me for thelarge drink and told me I'd get 42 cents credit it back to my card which I'm still looking for still looking for and hoping Ididn't get charged for a Burger and a soda. Don't get me wrong the food was fairly decent but they need to get their acttogether.. I know it's trivial s*** but that's ridiculous when you gotta keep looking over the receipt Or they don't ring upsomething right. Read more
Lets start with the order, went up and put my card in and the cashier saw it was approved. Something happened to where they... couldnt get the receipt and claimed it didnt go through. Pulled up my bank app and showed it went through. They proceeded to putmy card in again, and in the end I got triple charged.... (I'll have to contact my bank tomorrow about that...) Next, I wasn'timpressed and this was the first time in my life I've ever refused to continue eating a burger. It was just disgusting and theonly saving grace were the fries. Meat had a weird aftertaste and I've been sick since I got home. Save the heartache andbathroom time and save yourself. There's a McDonalds next door. This place was alright. I really wouldn't recommend going here if you're looking for an actual meal. The patties on the burgers... are extremely small and dry, along with wilted lettuce and lack of condiments. The fries were alright, no sort of wow factor wasapparent. They were greasy and the texture was strange, but the seasoning was alright. The drinks. Again, drinks were fine. Weordered a Coke and for some strange reason it tasted like another soda, but I don't think it was a big deal. Finally, theservice. It was friendly and quick, frankly the only reason I don't give this place a one-star is because of it. Overall,wouldn't recommend coming here for meals if you're looking for something substantial. BBQ bacon Mother cruncher was missing bacon, crispy onions and bbq, was also old and like it was refried 3 times. Cherry cola... was low on syrup I guess, because it was gross. Gave me tomatoes (don?t like tomatoes) on a sandwich that didn?t come with them.Asked for double mush and Swiss, got a single. Chick taking the order was rude af. Read more
