I live near Ginos and used to go there alot. I usually get the Boneless Buffalo Bites. I always ask for 2 extra blue cheeses,... and offer to pay for them. They say that its ok, its no charge. Then they never put them in the bag. Today I gave the owner anextra $2 at the window and asked to make sure he put the blue cheeses in the bag. I had to pull up bc the order wasnt ready. Soafter voluntarily giving the owner an extra $2, they put 2 Ranch and 1 Blue Cheese in the bag. Pretty annoying. They must bepaying $100 a quart for that dressing over there. Its literally proven impossible to get extra blue cheese here....even afterpaying the owner for it! Im wondering if theyre ok with losing a good customer and getting a one star review bc of thisnonsense. Read more
It's been 6 years since I'd been to Gino's. We came from Black Adam at Arundel Mills. My buddy and I decided to order and the... drive thru was open. We ordered burgers, fries, chicken bites and shakes. The two ladies working did their best to keep up withthe orders. The fries were hot and fresh and I watched the lady make my shake via the sliding window. I'd definitely go back.The food was tasty and I appreciated the service as they did the best they could with only two people working. One was takingthe orders and both were preparing the orders as they worked quickly to get the orders out without having the customers waitingtoo long. It's been awhile since I've been to Gino's, but I've never been that impressed with their food. I'd like to give them another... try, but for some reason they still haven't opened their dining area. This is the only thing keeping me from giving them anothertry. I like to sit, relax, and wash my hands when I'm finished eating. I saw other reviews where people mentioned the diningarea being closed. I feel they're hurting their own business by not opening it up. 3 stars for benefit of the doubt. Read more
The last 2 times we've gone has been good. A little mix up happen today but they fixed it within a minute. The food was amazing.... I had the Gino's chicken giant wrap. It was so good. My dad had a burger. My son had a chicken kids meal. All was eaten. All wasgood. The people are so nice and friendly also. Definitely worth the trip. Read more
The chicken is really good but sometimes you can feel the cartilage in it ???? I wish they would filter that out.. but otherwise... that that milkshakes and burgers are good Read more
