I don't know why when food businesses first open up they are on point with everything. After a month or so they start slipping .... This place was really good in my opinion. Than after a month whatever they were doing when they first open they stopped. Thefood went from a 10 to 2 from taste, appearance, even customer service changed up . Very Disappointing Read more

This was my 1st visit there. YUM, friendly, good food options, good location, helpful & courteous staff. I ate their signature... sub. It was very fresh n tasty. WATCH OUT!!! You must watch your food because at this store one female employee often goes from ringing up an order on the cash... register to grabbing your sandwich to add toppings!!! What??? Aren't workers supposed to change gloves AFTER HANDLING MONEY orworking on the register??? When I KINDLY asked for another sandwich, I was threatened by her, "Watch what happens if you speakto me again", she said. She then started talking about me to the other customers!! The manager appeared to be afraid of her. Hebriefly looked her way, but SAID NOTHING. I had to ask who the manager was because of how the worker acted out. HE SIMPLY SAID,"I HEARD HER." What??? How was I wrong??? What did I do??? The female worker definitely needs more training in proper handlingof food and good customer service. The other workers are ALWAYS kind and professional.
