I placed a mobile order through the little Caesars app two hours before the store is supposed to close, and when I arrived for... my order the lights were all off and all of the employees were leaving the store. I said I had a mobile order to pick up and theemployee locking the door said to cancel the order through the app, which you can?t, or call the next morning when the nextshift was there. I?ve emailed support through the app and called the store multiple times with no answer with the answeringmachine directing back to the very unhelpful app. I just want a refund, I?m not local to the shop to just stop in and talk to amanager. Why is it so difficult to get in contact? A few weeks ago the same thing happened l, arriving to the store to find thelights turned off but the employees inside still working. Use to come here all the time. Stopped going because they always seem to overcook the cheese, it's always brown. Figured we'd... try it since we haven't been there in a while. Not only was the cheese brown again, the 2 orders of crazy bread were a waste ofmoney, it was uncooked dough. If you do go. Use the portal online, a lot faster. It?s Little Caesar?s, always good even when it?s bad. Had pizzas here that were perfect and some lacking sauce n cheese. Also... had some bomb bread sticks and also some terrible. Wings are small, don?t expect to see those steroid pumped wings, howeveralways packing with flavor. Read more

Dirt cheap as Little Caesars always has been. I?m from Chicago and I miss good pizza; Little Caesars has always been somewhat... of an old standby for me. 1st visit Not bad . Please take note day to day is never the same . Pretty good service . Not really the fastest took about... 30+mins to get 1 pizza as a walk in seems like a busy location . This is my 1st visit here just for a quick 7$ pizza . Maybe illtry a real pizza next time but for a cheap pizza its pretty good . Today my 3rd visit 11-13-19 was a different story beenwaiting 50+mins for a single pizza under staffed not capable for multiple customers (looks like a dozen) before me still waiting.
