I ordered my food through the mobile app and it was great. I get my food drive home and I'm missing my big breakfast (I ordered... two). I drove all the way back and they did give me another one. I just hate the fact I had to drive all the way back to therestaurant. It sucks when you have to do that. Double check the order before you send it out please. Read more
This McDonald's is a frequent stop for me honestly as I visit Home Depot in a couple of the other places in that plaza, I used... to eat breakfast here every day like clockwork for years ! but I've recently moved out of the area but I still stop in from timeto time when I do business in the area we'll have something going on on that side of town, I stopped in again today and ofcourse as usual I got great service ,all my food was correct and there was no issues!???? Always order from this location several times a week Basie unlike the other Glen burnie location they are always nice and can... handle to crowd however tonight they couldn?t handle the drive they having 5 cars. Get my food home and my quarter pounder isRAW!!! Even that wasn?t the biggest deal. Called to let them know I was coming back with a food issue and needed a replacementand no one could bother to answer the phone. My husband left to go replace my sandwich and the entire time he was gone no onestill ever answered the phone. I have never had a problem with this location. Do better. I ordered food on the app for pickup. When I got home my quarter pounder was raw and red inside. I called right away and was... told to keep my receipt and my name would be put in a book for a replacement meal. Today I went with receipt and picture ready.The manager was irritated and acted as if he didn?t believe me. Then he didn?t want to give me a meal. Finally he gave me thesandwich and some fries but no soda. Then he leaned out the window and said ? aren?t you the lady that keeps complaining aboutour food quality ?. No, I am not. You have never ever seen me before. He was apologetic or sorry. Does he think all Black womenlook alike!! I?m sure others have complained about his nasty attitude and disgusting food. This place has always been a great experience! The fries are fresh and never too greasy, but the burgers have a tendency to be... overly greasy, but the great view makes up for it, displaying an amazing view of the scenery, would go to again Read more
