The young lady that was taking orders at the drive thru was extremely rude. I was giving her the drive thru code. She yelled to... the top of her voice is it a mobile or drive thru code. You have to say what you are using. I told her I was already asked whatI was using. The management of the employees is poor. This employee should not be working as far as customer service. She need aposition doing another task. She is not a person of public relation. Slowest Service. 7, maybe 8 people walking around front working. All look lost & no clue on what their job task is. No... communication between the team of employees. Great if you're using McDelivery, UberEATS, and whatnot. Horrible service for dining in. Not only our food was served cold, took... over 15-minute wait for a small order, and it was wrong, but also we were ignored at the Pick-up counter when we were missing afew items.
