The young lady that was taking orders at the drive thru was extremely rude. I was giving her the drive thru code. She yelled to... the top of her voice is it a mobile or drive thru code. You have to say what you are using. I told her I was already asked whatI was using. The management of the employees is poor. This employee should not be working as far as customer service. She need aposition doing another task. She is not a person of public relation. Slowest Service. 7, maybe 8 people walking around front working. All look lost & no clue on what their job task is. No... communication between the team of employees. A few just looking at their phones No acknowledgment to customers waiting in lobbyto place an order. No acknowledgment to customers waiting in lobby to be given their order. Great if you're using McDelivery, UberEATS, and whatnot. Horrible service for dining in. Not only our food was served cold, took... over 15-minute wait for a small order, and it was wrong, but also we were ignored at the Pick-up counter when we were missing afew items. I had a good experience with those working the drive-thru. The cashier's were really nice and got me my food as quick as they... could! The food was hot and neatly assembled, so that's always a plus! Read more
The food wasn't bad. But I ordered 2 of the chicken nugget meals and they never asked me what kind of sauce I wanted. The quality of this McDonald's has definitely declined recently. In the past few months, I've consistently had issues with... orders being incorrect or incomplete to the point where I will not be returning. I'd recommend trying a different location ifyou really want McDonald's, otherwise I'd just suggest a different restaurant altogether. Read more

I?m not sure how they manage to mess up every order every time, but they do. This is the worst place around. No matter what time... of day you come here they make you go to a reserved spot and still can?t get the order right. Will absolutely not be comingback. If I could give negative stars I would.
