The pizza looked so good online but it was just delivered and it?s cold ???????? it?s not good at all
Got the steak and cheese sandwich and French onion soup. Neither one tasted good. I ate half of the sandwich and my husband took... the other half for lunch and called to tell me how horrible it tasted. I never have been pleased with the Glen Burnie location.My favorite was the one in Hanover, MD and they closed that location. Not sure why because it always seemed busy. Verydisappointed. Read more
This Panera has gone down hill so much. This used to be my favorite location but lately every experience has been bad. Here are... the following issues I?ve had in my last few experiences: 1. Undercooked chick on sandwich 3 different times 2. Twice items havebeen missing in my delivery orders 3. All apples are old and soft 4. Haven?t had bread bowls in over a week This location needsto get it together, I?m not sure if there is new management or what the situation is but I will not be giving this location achance again for quite some time. Overall great Panera. Service depends on which manager is there. Most of the time everything is great, other times employees... might not acknowledge you, or not have orders in the pickup location even though they're ready. Occasionally custom orders arewrong, but the manager always fixes the issue professionally. Read more

I got this for my meal and was told that this was ? full?! The grilled cheese macaroni sandwich was literally frozen cold right... from the counter. Customer service is terrible.
