We have had Piazza Italia a few times and the food is always good. Last Thursday I ordered 4 - 18inch pizza's, 2 cheese and 2... pepperoni and a chicken avocado salad. I was ordering for my Cub Scout Pack of 15 kids and their parents. I ordered at 5:45p andwas told it would be 15mins for pick up or 30mins for delivery. I opted for pick-up since I was across the street (at HarundalePresbyterian Church). I drove over, got there around 5:55p and paid for the order (#15). I asked about how much longer and theguy behind the counter said about 5-7more minutes, the pizza's just went in. Okay, not a problem. So I waited with a few otherpeople in the lobby. A few more people came in - some placed orders and others were picking up. After about 15mins, I was stillwaiting and I heard #16 and #17 get their orders to go. I asked again how much longer because by then, it had been close to30mins. I was told, sorry, but we had a lot of pizzas before you. Not sure why that wasn't shared with me when I came in, butthe story changed. Next an older gentleman behind the counter asked me what I was waiting for and I told him order #15, he wentto check with the pizza guy and immediately started shaping dough to make pizzas. I'm pretty sure they had forgotten my pizzas.At this point it was 6:25P and I couldn't wait any longer, I had also saw order #18 (which was also a pick-up and a few pizza'sbe picked up). I had ordered these pizzas for my Cub Scout Pack to eat after the Trunk or Treat and before our meeting at 6:30P.I told Piazza Italia, they need to deliver because I have a meeting to get to. They delivered at 6:45P and my cub scouts ate atthe end of our meeting. I couldn't believe their attitude or lack of customer service. There was no apology for the wait oroffer to discount my order. Like I said, we have ordered and eaten there before, but after this experience we will not bepatronizing them again. Read more
The pizzas sausage is shaved and it doesn't take like sausage the music isn't Italian american it's Mexican American it's not... authentic the crust and pizza lacks flavor I would recommend antonios pizzeria and sbarros than this place or mods. the pizzahas a soapy flavor to it. Highly don't recommend pizza in the Baltimore area doesn't know anything about authentic Italia. Iwould highly recommend Allentown PA. We are pretty disappointed. Read more
Love this place I give this place 5 stars pizza was nice and hot and very tasty very nice and clean ???? love this... place pizza is 18" looks like 12" rolled out to 18" but all and all good place to take the kids then when your done you cango right across the street and get ice cream I give 5 stars to this place for the food and clean place you go guys keepup the good work Read more
I was going to give it 5 stars because the food was delicious however I ordered delivery and paid $32.00,they took it upon... themselves to tip 5$ after I signed for the 32 but my bank sent me an update that it was now 37. Sucks because I was going toorder from them again now I?ll just stick to another pizzeria in the area. Read more
I'm not from the area but was recommended here by a local business. Have eaten here twice and this may be one the best pizzas... I've ever had. Great consistency and flavor. Will definitely come back whenever I'm able. Read more
We've never had a bad pizza from here. FYI Mondays are 18" 10.99 cheese pizza day.
