I come to this Royal farms almost every day I recently moved to a different state and I come here to visit and today it's the... same lady in there that she always serves me and I get that they get new people but the lady asked me for my ID and I said Ihave it on my phone because the police confiscated my ID for personal reasons so the lady knew that I was a regular because sheused to service me so they denied me even when I'm 23 years old and I've been coming there since I was in Middle School and it'sridiculous I just wanted a leaf Read more

The lady (red braids) serving the food on December 16 at around 11:30 pm was completely rude about a simple request about fresh... fries. She had no type of customer service skills and acts as if she completely hates her job. Please do better at picking yourstaff, it takes nothing to be at service if that?s what you were hired for. Been there twice and both times cashier is too busy in her phone to even acknowledge your presence. After trying to get her... attention she acts if you're bothering her, never even took eyes off her phone just scanned the cigarettes and set them on thecounter and stepped away. Wow.... Read more
This farm store is horrible. I'll never go back here again after today!! I think that they need to inspect this store and make... changes and hire new people. Especially when it comes to the deli where the food is served. The two ladies that are usuallythere that were there today on November 3rd when I placed this order are always messing up food orders. They have both been herefor a while therefore I don't understand how they are making so many mistakes. Every time I place a food order at this farmstore location it gets messed up. I ordered two rofo boxes, one was western fries and one box with macaroni and cheese. I gotabout four to five western fries and one box and the other box I didn't even get the macaroni and cheese instead they gave me afamily size of jalapeno cheese dip.... The chicken was so nasty. I doubt the grease has been cleaned in a while. I definitelywasted $22 today because my daughter and I didn't eat it. If I would have went back to complain about the order being messed upthe food would have been cold by the time I got back to my house. I took the loss but so did this farm store cuz I will nolonger spend my money here ???????????????? the manager definitely needs to reevaluate this store and make changes.
