Me and my girlfriend love this Starbucks, it is our go to location and there is one particular worker named Rocky and we?ve... actually built some sort of a friendship with this guy he?s such a nice dude. We?ll pull up to the order screen and after hehears our order he immediately knows that its us and he?ll go ?alright and that will be $10,000.47 but we can take that in fullor in payments? and we always get such a good experience. One of this best Starbucks locations I?ve been to! I love them so much I?m a frequent flyer! They always get my order accurate... and are super friendly! The even know what I?m gonna ask for before I ask! Shout out to Olivia for always taking great care ofme and adding on my extras without me having to ask. Never again. The guy at the window was higher than a kite. To start I cannot stand Starbucks coffee. They are overpriced and the... quality just isn?t there. Came here last resort after a doctors apt across the street. I ordered a frappe and got literally milkand water mixed with cookies. There was no coffee, it was just a mixture of milk and water. I had waited in the drive thru 10mins and realized only after I pulled off and refused to go back. Called the manager who was completely incompetent and told meto drive back, when I live 20 mins away, over the bridge. Read more
This Starbucks is hit or miss. Today I really had great service the gentleman at the window his name was Rocky he was super... friendly and super quick. Yesterday was a totally different story I stopped by for a drink and ordered a head to theapplication. I waited forever and never heard my name so I waited in line to speak to the cashier after waiting behind threecustomers it was my turn I explained that there were 15+ drinks at the pick up counter I didn?t hear my name and I didn?t wannatouch every person?s drink could she help me to find my drink? She said well your drink is down there and I explained to heragain that there were 15+ drinks and I need help. She said OK I?ll help you after the next customer (the one behind me) so Iwaited waited waited she never came to help me. She proceeded to help 3 to 5 customers in line after me. Pretty standard per the chain. About a 90% accuracy rate on the drinks. Staff is very friendly, service is quick (as long as... there isn't some a-hole ordering a half dozen Frappuccinos in the drive-thru), and the facility is always clean. Read more
