Never will I go to this Starbucks again. Employees that work there are rude and don?t know what there doing. Never anything in... stock food or cup items. Especially lids for cups, no bags to put food items in . Terrible customer service, rude employees and orders hardly ever right . You will stand in long lines because usually only 1... person working. All employees are not Starbucks employees they are target so they don?t care . Sell reusable cups but don?t everhad lids for them . In my history of my Starbucks card it shows I paid for drinks for the last couple of weeks from here , wassupposed to get a free drink for terrible service but young man was rude and told me I already got it which was not true becausemy history proves it . I was highly embarrassed in front of customers waiting in line behind me when employee kept telling me Igot my drink . I basically walked out . Wow! All of the worst Starbucks drinks I've gotten have been from this place. Once my drink had powder in it at the bottom that... was not fully mixed. This was from my mango dragon fruit. It's quite in a convenient area so I kept going. But I'd rather makethe 10 min drive to get a decent drink for the price am paying! Read more

Always understaffed. Normally just one person working and they typically have absolutely no clue what they're doing. Ordered a... venti flat white.
