My husband went through the drive thru, he ordered a burrito supreme, he made a comment and not in a nasty way and asked if they... could make it like they used to, basically asking for more meat and less beans. The reply he got was ?I?ve been working withTaco Bell for years and we make it the same we?ve always made it, if you don?t like it, go somewhere else.? The guy who spoke tohim was rude and disrespectful. Bad day or not, all he had to do was explain it cost more for more meat and my husband wouldhave paid for the extra meat, instead he was nasty and my husband paid $6 for a burrito supreme that was the size of aMcDonald?s breakfast burrito. It had more beans than anything. I tried calling the restaurant and got no answer, ridiculous.They?ve gone downhill and it?s a shame they?re cheating people out of their money. Read more
This location was staffed with a young crew that was more interested in socializing than working. There was no one at the... counter so we had to use the kiosk to order. Everyone that came in had to yell to the back room for service and there was notone clean table to dine at. We ended up getting the wrong order but couldn?t get anyone to help at the counter. Weird parking lot, great food! My husband loves this location. They don't skimp on the taco/burrito fillings, and the staff is... always very professional and friendly. I definitely recommend this location. Best one I've had in Maryland! Read more

I've never once had a bad experience at this particular taco bell. Literally the fastest. Most polite and patient employees... (better than chickfila and the only time my order was messed up, it was because they accidentally gave me extra. Read more
As a food service worker myself, this is genuinely the worst staff I?ve ever encountered. Absolutely rude and the manager... closing on 6/5-6/6 was terrible!!. I felt around the bag before leaving the drive thru and the way things were stacked I thought we had everything. I was wrong, so... my husband had his food but mine was missing. To make matters worse, we didn't have a receipt to go back and prove that we hadpaid. With this Taco Bell, be sure to take the time to ensure ALL you're food is there and CORRECT before driving off.
