There was a pizza restaurant in Texas that I remember very fondly, as they had a great pie; lots of cheese, great toppings, and... a great family atmosphere. Vocelli is not quite there, but it's close. All the pies I've gotten so far have had lots ofcheese, good crust, good sauce, and they have plenty of different toppings to make sure you can either get what you want ordon't get bored with the same old combinations. Great food. Good pricing (about $10 for a sub and soda during lunch or a small pizza and soda), I've enjoyed everything I've... tried from there, but it's bare bones. Come get your pizza and leave. Not a place to sit down and eat (no tables). I'd recommendit to anyone but as a quick spot to stop at for lunch (typically less then ten minutes from the time you order to getting yourfood) this place shines. Read more
We ordered tonight and have usually loved Vocelli's. It's been our go to for years. My husband ordered tonight and not only... was the pizza order absolutely wrong (ordered pepperoni and bacon), but it looked like someone had taken actual bite marks outof it. Manager Nick, Nicky, or Micky (connection was bad) was rude and dismissive. Tonight was downright awful and disgusting. Read more
Their pizza making skills have gone downhill at this location. The pizza is usually burnt and if you pay for extra cheese good... luck actually getting it. I use to love going here but this is 3rd time in a month I received lackluster pizza from them. Imgonna find another location. Read more
Our favorite pizza is the bbq chicken. I ordered pasta for the first time and had no clue what type of pasta it was. It was... super over cooked. I?ll stick to my pizza. Read more
Staff is very nice and friendly. Pizzas are extremely fresh and taste delicious. Great place to order food to share between a... few people. Service is timely. They have a drive through which is convenient during lunch time. They are open 7 days a week. Read more
We usually order pizza and always have good experience.... until tonight. We ordered chicken fettuccine Alfredo , side salad and... wings. The wings were so ridiculously oily. The fettuccine was burnt in the dish and dry. The garlic bread was barely cooked andsoaked in butter. Again, normally we only order pizza and it?s always good. If this had been my first experience it would havebeen my last. Now we know to stick to pizza. FYI- we called tonight to use the credit and the young lady couldn?t find it. Sheapologized multiple times and then manager Alex got on phone and my husband explained situation. Alex immediately took care ofus and apologized for original issue and for the confusion tonight. I am updating my review to 5 stars because of this. Again,we never had issues previously ( always order pizza) . THANK YOU for responding and resolving issue . We love the pizza here. It is always so good. We quite often get the two for one Tuesday special. We've never had a bad... experience here. The staff are always so pleasant and friendly. I love they hold the door for you when getting takeout.Definitely our favorite pizza place! Read more
