Ordered two complete dinners via Uber. Got two salads instead for a different customer. After several calls that got... disconnected, 54th Street Grill wouldn’t acknowledge their mistake and made me go to the Uber site for a refund. This order was placed via their mobile app for curbside pick up. I feel that the service (food prep and presentation) should be... consistent no matter the time of day or whether it’s dine in or curbside. I’ve ordered from this location during theevenings on multiple occasions and wasn’t pleased with the products that were given to us upon placing our orders. We alwaysgive them the benefit of doubt. After today, I doubt I’d patronize this place. I wish I would have checked the items beforedriving off. I got home and noticed I was given burnt meat and missing biscuit . I called and the young lady was far fromunderstanding and empathetic. She placed me on hold and a manager (Eric) assisted. His resolution was to put money on theaccount. Shortly after disconnecting the call with him my daughter finds rotten avocado in her carne asada. Both meals weretrashed. I wouldn’t dare feed it to a pet if we had one. This was inconvenient and very disappointing for us. Update: theaccount doesn’t reflect any credits. Peace and blessings to their establishment. Update 9/19: Kevin called me to follow up. Ok I was mad at first bc im on a diet and really wanted some RIBS AND A LOADED BAKED POTATO. I thought I was settling for this... as my "something healthy" I was wrong. This is sooooo good y'all, I got it with the cajun seasoning. I never thought I wouldeat something like this but it's a start. It also comes with a salad as well that im saving for later. I ordered mine through DoorDash. But my chicken was so hard, I sadly couldn’t cut through it. It was very very dry, and I was... so excited to eat it. But the sides, and the APPS were AMAZING. I should’ve gotten the burger. Read more

Food was delicious service was exceptional even though they forgot my wife's rattlesnake pasta all in all it was very decent

I'll be real. I don't think of a chain restaurant as a common place to find exceptional steak. This place caused me to rethink... this. I ordered a medium rare steak. Not only did I get a medium rare steak, it was seasoned well and clearly cooked on aclean grill. We also got the crab cake appetizer. I wanted a pic, but they didn't make it long enough. The food was very good amd service was great at this bar and grill style restaurant. The limeade was a wonderful thirst... quencher and is pictured above. Their pasta has a great sauce and flavor but was just slightly starchy and overcooked. Theburger our table got was good but the tortilla soup that came with it as a side was bland. Would definitely return if I was inthe area again as there was much mor on the menu to try and what we had showed it's worth further exploration. Read more
