Gas pumps didn't even work. No gas for me I guess.
I would like to start off by saying this was my first time in the store but I?ve never been treated with such disrespect. Receipt printer at all the pumps almost never works. Very frustrating for a business owner. Also, when you go inside to get your... receipt per the pumps instructions they can never find it in their system. Read more
Went to the place this morning. They mysteriously locked the place down after I had been inside already. Apparently, they had a... COVID exposure and wouldn't answer my question about. Ignored me. Don't think I'll be returning anytime soon to this location. Ididn't care if it was an employee or customer who was in there but they should have more than a sloppy, written note anddisheveled dressed old man not answering questions when asked why they're closing the store. I had to find out by called themain customer service number in Iowa. Poor customer relations, lots to work on here. Read more
I visited this Casey's to buy some gas and since I was using a gift card, I had to go inside and prepay. There were 3 employees... working that day and the lady who may have been the manager was not wearing a mask. One clerk had her mask below her nose andthe other clerk had her mask below her mouth. With this raging pandemic, I won't be going back to this Casey's. Read more
Great experience here on our way through. It was the closest Casey's to the freeway and we had to get our annual Casey's pizza... as we don't have them in our state. Cynthia and Julie were very helpful as well. Read more
Regular morning staff is great! Friendly, helpful staff and well-stocked fresh food in the morning. Night shift is generally a... mess with some good staff at times. I've seen night staff sitting at the register, staff vaping in the store, store smellingstrongly of weed near the back, and the place is a mess and unstocked. Read more
