I have been to all their locations and this is the best spot to get a burrito I have been to on Long Island. Any location will... be an excellent meal. Great prices. Fast service. Awesome late night deals and weekly specials. I've never had anything off themenu that I didn't think was at least very good. If you like tex mex this is the spot. The burritos aren't oversized like atsome places but that's fine by me. You won't be hungry after one and the flavor is much better than the other burrito spots Ihave been to and the major chains don't even compare. Will forever be in the hearts of Long Island's young people as they offer late night burritos at an unbeatable price of just $5.... Burritos are sizeable and you shouldn't wait more than 15 minutes even on a busy night. Carne asada is a go to but every otherburrito I have tried has also been very good. Read more

Just one word describes the whole experience here “MEDIOCRE” My family used to frequent more often in the past but I’m sad... to say that the quality of the food and the place have drastically diminished. The food was the worst food I’ve had in thisplace. I ordered a chicken burrito and whole chicken with four sides. The whole chicken was horrible. It was dry and it seemedlike it had been sitting out for a long time and they tried to cover up that fact by throwing on some sauce and calling it aday. The burrito had tasted equally as bad, old chicken with plain rice wrapped in a tortilla. I’m never going back. A totalwaste of money. $35 went straight into the waste bin. Read more

My wife and her mother are from Peru. We have been in search of some good pollo a la brasa. Today we tried the Cactus Cafe. We... ordered the whole chicken with 4 sides for $22 to go The choices for sides are Rice, black beans, french fries, jalapeño cornbread, refried beans and vegetables. We opted for rice, 2 sides of black beans and French fries. The chicken had nice flavor butunfortunately it was overcooked and dry. The fries were the best of the sides. Unfortunately they were packed in a foil tin withplastic lid and were not vented. The hot fries steamed themselves and were soggy upon opening. The black beans and rice wereoverly salted. Warning to anyone on a low sodium diet, Stay away. Rice is inexpensive and we always have some at home so we justtossed it. We mixed the salty beans with plain rice and were able to suffer through them. If we were ever to order the chickenagain we would skip the sides and get the chicken only.
