Just went here and was served by a young brunette with a mighty attitude. Served me once before and made the worst milkshake I... have ever ingested. Just ordered another one with hopes she would get it right with my directions to make it thicker. Once againhanded me a milky watered down garbage milkshake. Over priced and served with an even worse attitude. So so rude would neverrecommend this place with this employee working. Read more
Great products. Love the cakes. But they were definitely not wearing gloves tonight. I didn't even notice until I saw someone... else's review on it. You must wear a mask to enter. There are big bottles of sanitizer at the register. But yeah... the nogloves thing caught me off guard. Read more
Carvel is my favorite ice cream. My parents used to take us every Sunday after church. Now, it's my kids' favorite ice cream... too. However, I'll never go to this store, and I'll advise everyone I know not to go either. The owner of this location fired amanager for refusing to serve a customer who not only wasn't wearing a mask, as per state mandate, but was also openly coughingin the store. This manager was FIRED for trying to protect himself, other customers, and fellow employees. If I could give 0stars I would as I feel like 1-star is too generous. Just imagine the other ways in which the owner is willing to jeopardize thehealth and safety of their customers. What other health and safety regulations are disregarded just so they can make a buck?Kudos to the manager for trying to keep everyone safe and speaking up, and shame on the owner! Read more
The owner of this place is awful. He fired a dedicated hardworking employee for refusing to serve a customer who was maskless... and coughing everywhere. If the owner is willing to put their employees health in jeopardy just to get another $12, he is athreat to public safety. Read more
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I don?t plan on coming back here at all. They will no longer get my business nor my family?s,... friends and those I babysit for as I?d go for treats. I don?t feel safe coming here as they do not ensure customers wear masksand allow them to stay inside while coughing and putting other customers and their own employees at risk. I don?t recommend thisplace to anyone. I?d rather go elsewhere that protects the customers and staff or not get it at all saving a few dollars thanpaying thousands for a medical bill because they won?t refuse anyone even those clearly sick. First time visiting. Blue shirt attendant asked ?what I want? responded twice ?2 kids cone one vainilla and the other... chocolate?. Without paying attention and very rude gave me the 2 big cones. At the cashier charged me for 2 small cones. When Iasked her why... she told me I ordered 2 small cones, I said twice 2 kids cones. Is not about the misunderstanding but sheimmediately asked me to return all the cones with a very bad attitude, take them off very rude from my hands and dumped it ontrash can, then never showed up again to the store front. No empathy with costumer, careless service. The others employeeslooked to her like ?really girl?. Tsss I didn?t say anything else because I was with my mom and she?s a senior who gets nervousfaster. I went in Carvel to last night to get a thing of ice cream half the soft serve machines were down and it was 9:30 p.m. The store... closes at 10:00 p.m. I don't understand why they close the machines so early I understand you have to clean them but don't youdo that after the store shuts? Read more
