I?ve... called multiple times I was on the waiting on the hold music and advertising for 20 mins and no one has picked up. Update: it's been 5 days, still no refund. I finally called the store again, only to be told the refund was never even put... through the system. The helpful fellow told me he was aghast, since there were so many ways to remedy the situation and therefund could have been done before the end of that same day. Therefore, whoever was working on that Sunday night outright liedto me. Emailed Domino's via the address in their response and I haven't heard back from them. ------ Genuinely terribleexperience... Over 45 minutes for them to deliver. We were only 5 minutes away and not in a state to drive, hence the delivery.First driver's phone didn't work. Second drive asked me to come down and walk around the building to try and find him. Isn'tthat his job? I couldn't find him, tried calling. And they had the gall to mark the order as complete.
