Worst location, they've never gotten an order right and their customer service sucks. They have left things out of orders and... said they were "too busy to check everything", give discount codes that don't work, show orders delivered that haven't arrived. Have an order that was supposed to get here over an hour ago and was basically told it will get here when they can. Read more
Ordered pizza online last night. It said it would be delivered in 43-53 minutes and it was delivered 2 hours later and cold. The... driver was apologetic and nice but was the only driver working on a busy Saturday night. Tried to call but was put on hold andnever got to speak with anyone. Very disappointed. Read more
The worst delivery service. There is always something missing from my order. Sometimes they bring not fresh food because it... takes them hours (not exaggerating) to deliver the food. They never pick up the phone when you need to get in touch with them. And that tracking system they have is useless and not accurate at all. Read more
Update: it's been 5 days, still no refund. I finally called the store again, only to be told the refund was never even put... through the system. The helpful fellow told me he was aghast, since there were so many ways to remedy the situation and therefund could have been done before the end of that same day. Therefore, whoever was working on that Sunday night outright liedto me. Emailed Domino's via the address in their response and I haven't heard back from them. ------ Genuinely terribleexperience... Over 45 minutes for them to deliver. We were only 5 minutes away and not in a state to drive, hence the delivery.First driver's phone didn't work. Second drive asked me to come down and walk around the building to try and find him. Isn'tthat his job? I couldn't find him, tried calling. And they had the gall to mark the order as complete. Wasted 15 minutes on thephone trying to get the mess sorted. Finally get a hold of someone who literally asked me : "what?"
