Food is always being rushed. I ordered Uber eats and they forgot my bagel. I had to reorder another bagel and pay Uber eats... another tip. If I say toasted it doesn?t mean burnt or not toasted at all. This is all the time! If I say light cream cheese itmeans don?t add so much cream cheese. I can literally add cream cheese to four bagels with the amount they pounce on my poorbagel.. My partner and I come here everyday, sometimes 2-3 times a day. I absolutely have respect for all the baristas. Some I even... gained a relationship with because their energy is that positive. Maria and Rosa are good especially with recommending items andKamal is my heart. He is so friendly and always in a positive vibe no matter how the day is going. Good food, good coffee. Long lines and not enough staff. They only have one register open and one person making drinks /... sandwiches which results in long lines on a daily basis. They need to hire more people. They also speak mainly in Spanishwhich can make ordering difficult for Americans. Read more
