For a Long Island Pizzeria this was good and we would order food as well and even dine in for dinner. For some time now it was... mostly delivery. I am not sure what happened but I am done with this establishment. My past few orders have been downrightimpossible to enjoy. It is just not good business when you receive a large pie that is not fully cooked in the oven where thedough is pale yellow and chewy. The sauce was good (which hasn't changed thankfully) but today's order is the final straw. Wealways had a good experience here for a long time and it is why we kept supporting this place but my previous orders over thepast year that have me at this point. For example: -Ordered a grandma's pie and what we received was nothing of the such. Wassome sort of margherita mixture with regular cheese that goes on a regulars pie instead of fresh mozzarella if that was whatthey sending us by mistake idk. Let me also add it was delivered well done and burnt which was a first from here. How it wasboxed up and given the okay to be delivered was shocking to us. We had 3 or 4 squares that were safe to eat and threw it out therest. -Baked Zita ordered with chicken and the chicken was forgotten and was to the cold side when delivered late. -Last whichis comedy, two different times we ordered a large avocado salad with grilled chicken and each time the chicken was not added tothe order. When I'm ordering a twenty dollar salad only to see my wife disappointed its quite frustrating. Let me say add theitems above were our usual orders and larger than just these items at times and calling to complain is not my thing. I cannotwaste my hard earned money to be disappointed anymore.. 10/10 recommend this spot. I had the chicken roll and the pasta fagioli, and both were stellar. The chicken roll was one of the... best I've had in the island, with a crust that you could tell was freshly baked, and the soup was all manner of flavorful.Service was attentive and fun. Terrible gnocchi, undercooked and raw. I gave 2 stars because the sauce was decent. Salad was good but if you can't make a salad... don't become a restaurant. Gnocchi should crumble not be doughy. Read more
Great prices for good Italian food. The service is excellent and fast. I highly recommend the garlic knots. The outdoor seating... is comfortable and even offers heaters for cooler weather. I've been here twice on my way to Garvies Point brewery and I'lldefinitely be back! Read more
