My mother, who is from Colombia was giving option ?pan con queso? Please be aware they only put a little on top and that is it... ! The queso (cheese) is not inside I repeat THE CHEESE IS NOT INSIDE OF THE BREAD. Very cheap establishment. One of the worst managers runs this joint. The girl behind the cashier is obnoxious and extremely unprofessional. Where is the... guy who used to be there? Gave me the wrong order and then gave such a nasty attitude. When she was confronted, she neverapologized and threatened to call the cops. Terrible person to be in charge of a decent restaurant. And to spite me more, theorder she messed up and replaced was burnt. Burnt empanadas. See pictures. Vicious! If the owner of this restaurant reads this,she should be fired right away. UPDATE: No cops were called. And no one came. Again lies by this establishment. I was thrownout and no apologies were offered. The cake is absolutely nothing like what we asked for. 200$ for less than half of everything we asked for. They completely... messed up my 50th birthday. So tacky and nothing that we wanted on it. If there was negative stars I?d do it. I would seriouslytell you to not get a cake here. Read more

Tried on the day after initial opening. Empanadas were good, but chicken empanadas were a little dry for my liking. Service was... a little slow, but that's expected when it's very busy and the first few opening days. Had good experiences at other locationson LI. Update (11/2022): Service was good.
