This location is horrible! Staff needs to be retrained, as they "NEVER" get the online order correct, especially if ordering... around the 8pm hour. They do not understand the difference between toasted and not toasted, nor do they understand what toppinggo on what sub when ordering more than one sub. I agree with a previous reviewer, that the subs are thrown together they aresloppy just disgusting! If you see a short kid with brown hair run!!! The owner needs to audit his staff periodically online andin the store. Please see the wonderful photos of tonights subs. Read more

Very rude and disrespectful. Terrible customer service. I was refused service because there was no eggs and I asked what can I... substitute it with. She immediately put the bread away and told me she will not fight with me.She then decided that she nolonger feel to serve me as she takes off her gloves and walks off to the back! Not to mention I am 7 months pregnant and thiswas going to be my first meal of the day while I was at work!Well lets jus start off by saying I've been going to this subwaysince it's opened. I've had a great relationship with the previous workers. Today was the WORST experience ever. Called tospeak to the manager and boom... she was the manager. Not to mention about 2 weeks ago I went and ordered a sandwich which shedidn't wrap.. cut it while it was layed out flat!! Imagine the messy disaster. On June 13th 2020 I entered in to subway Restaurant #46726 located at 217 Forest Ave, Glen Cove NY in the Stop and Shop center.... Upon entering the store I was accosted by a Subway employee who stated I must wear a facemask when in the store. I politelystated I was medically unable to tolerate a facemask therefore could not d0 so. The employee who I believe to be a managerstated she would not serve me and I was to leave the store immediately. I brought to her attention that New York State Executiveorder 202.34 stated in part that store policies of enforcing Executive Order 202.17 ?shall be in a manner consistent with theAmerican with Disabilities Act or any provision of either New York State or New York City Human Rights Law, or any otherprovision of law?. In return she was openly discriminating against a person with disabilities. At a minimum she could haveoffered to take my order and bring it curbside, instead she did not offer any other accommodations. I find it disturbing that anestablishment can openly violate New York State Legislative law, and openly discriminate against a person(s) with disabilitieswithout remorse. I am not one to take legal action against an establishment, but when communication fails with a saidestablishment what other course can one take to rectify the problem while protecting my rights and the rights of others who havedisabilities too? *Update June 14th 2020* I spoke to the owner who was very understanding and was aware of the situation. Hementioned to me his store does do curbside delivery to accommodate people like myself, and people who just rather not go insidethe store. He also mentioned he receives complaints about customers seen in the store who are not wearing a mask, by customerswho do wear a mask. I understand his frustration trying to accommodate the needs of his customers during a time when the generalpublic bases their actions and choices on fear rather than facts and the law. My husband and I had a horrible experience and were racially profiled at this location. We come here regularly during my doctor... visit nearby. My husband purchased a sandwich and proceeded to ask for a cup of water. The worker proceeded to say that he canonly refill WATER two times and continued to watch him as he was some sort of theif. Is it because we are black?! It is very hotoutside and this is absolutely ridiculous! This has been very tramatic experience and so sad to see that RACISM still exists!!
