Hang in there I work in customer service and you get those ungrateful people butyou handled the situation well. I was always iffy when it came to Downtown Cafe, but recently they have been much much better. I believe they have new... management/owners and it shows. Food has been great. Delicious, huge portions and great variety that always hits themark. Service has been stellar. Great servers and the bartenders are the best part that carried over from priormanagement. Tried their new brunch menu. Big fan. Only complaint is that the boozy brunch option might be just a little toooverpriced to be worth it. But other than that, no complaints. Will definitely be back. Fantastic Establishment! Came across this place searching for a quick lunch for myself and several colleagues. It was by far... fantastic in every category from Taste to Price and everything inbetween. I ordered the chicken parm and subbed in theVodkaSauce. Boy was I surprised. The food was stupendous and terrific. Staff was super friendly and served our large partyquickly as we had to do a quick turnaround. The only drawback would be the parking, it was super tight. Nevertheless thisestablishment earns 5 stars from me, so if you find yourself in the area looking for something new and tasty, you will not bedisappointed. Read more
