Fast service. The pork buns were amazing!
Just ordered the 3 roll lunch special for pickup. 1. Salad was like 3 pieces of old iceberg lettuce, and super soggy. Container... was not even 1/4 filled. 2. I asked for utensils for pickup order—of course they only gave me chopsticks. No spoon for thesoup, no fork for the salad. 3. Spicy mayo sauce was like 1/4 full. Not enough for 1 roll let alone 3 rolls. Plus had a hairin it. Gross. 4. Order was poorly packaged. Sauce leaked out into my car. 5. Sushi wasn’t bad but tiny portions, tinyrolls. I've been here a few times now. Consistently good broth, service and very clean. We've only had the ramen, but each time it is a... good size portion and the broth and flavor is delicious, especially the hard boiled egg. Great lunch time deal until 4 pm. UPDATED: I had reviewed Tokyo Steak Ramen about 2 months ago, when I first tried their food. I've had a number of their... offerings since then and have to say that my favorites definitely are the chicken katsu bowl and unagi-don. The karaage andramen are great options too. This place had quickly become one of my go-to spots to pick up lunch or dinner from; however, Iwas quite disappointed with my order last week. I had looked at their online menu and called in to order Bento Box B, which isdescribed on their website as: "Karaage, half seasoned egg, corn, vegetable, 4pc spicy salmon roll, salad, white rice and misosoup." When I picked up my order, it instead had 3pc gyoza and 4pc California roll (no egg, corn, vegetable, or spicy salmonroll). I would've let this slide any other day but honestly had selected that Bento Box particularly for the spicy salmon roll,so I called again to hopefully rectify this mistake. They apologized but said that they had actually changed their menu awhileago and that all their lunch bentos now only come with the gyoza and California roll. I was surprised by this and pointed outthat their website needed to be updated. They said they would make sure to look into that - but now, four days later, it stillis showing the wrong menu description. I was willing to chalk up last week's order mix-up as an oversight since they likelygenuinely forgot to update their online menu, but I'm disappointed that they still haven't changed it even after this wasbrought to their attention. As someone who frequently orders food for pickup/delivery, I think it's highly important that anyrestaurant's online menu is accurate. All that being said, Tokyo Steak Ramen serves up great food. They have raw sushi roll and cooked sushi roll. The philly cheesesteak roll is very unique. A fusion of my 2 favorite dishes.... Can't wait to try the other rolls. Price is also very affordable, will definitely be on my restuarant list. Read more
The food was ok but the wait was too long. There is only 1 other group of patrons. My friends and I sat for about 15 minutes... before someone came to us with menus. And another 6 minutes for order. There are holes on the ceiling. I didn't have my phoneto take pictures of, my friends were too shy to do it. Not sure what that is about. Read more
