I had no experience because after making a reservation on Resy for 2:45 and arriving at 2:45 on Valentine's Day, my husband and... I were first ignored on the lower level and then rudely turned away upstairs, stating that the restaurant was closed and myreservation was at 2:15. Assuming, it was changed by the Resy to 2:15, why would you close a restaurant 15min after the lastreservation. Bottom line is the staff was extremely rude and on Valentine's Day no less.
