Avoid at all costs! We came with very well behaved children and were admonished from the beginning that they had to be... supervised at all times even though they were just playing nearby. The man in charge was intensely negative and refused to serveus wine because he decided we had not properly supervised our kids! Our server, so sweet, said that management had changedrecently and become super strict. Management was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Please don’t think this is a familyfriendly environment! Ugh. Mixed bag for us. The wine itself was fine. The wine pours were a lot smaller than all the other Sonoma wineries we have... visited. Also one of your 5 wines you get to taste is a tiny welcome splash of Rose. You then get poured 2 whites simultaneouslyafter being seated and then 2 reds. Tasting experience was over in no time. For $50 a taste you can get way better wine andbetter pours all over Napa and Sonoma. Last thing that was quite annoying was after sitting the server asked my 3 year olddaughter if she wanted apple juice. Of course she is going to say yes. I thought she was just being nice, but they proceeded tocharge us $5 for a tiny apple juice at the end. Will not be back. Read more

We had a lovely tasting experience at Abbots Passage. Tony and Megan took excellent care of us. This is a great place to take a... group, there’s a lovely outdoor area to explore and the Mercantile shop is stocked with local female artists goods. We areexcited to become a new member and visit often. Read more

As a seasoned industry professional, I can't say enough wonderful things about our tasting experience at Abbot's Passage. Their... entire team's hospitality was warm, inviting, and friendly, and their staff were all incredibly knowledgeable. Some highlightswere our welcome, complete with a "Welcome Splash" of their beautiful Rose (which we took home several bottles of!), thethoughtful and functional outdoor seating under the Olive Tree's and the beautiful Graze Board prepared by Chef Kyle with adelightful assortment of local nibbles and their very own garden-fresh accoutrement. I highly recommend you making this one ofyour stops while in Wine Country for a truly remarkable experience. Read more

Went here last year on a very hot day. We had paid extra to book the shuffleboard and were assured it would be shaded. When we... got there it ended up being minimal shade, not over the court and we were miserable. It's not their fault but.. Their outdoorspace isn't appropriate for very hot days and we wished they would have tried anything at all to accommodate us (eg offer to letus come inside to the bar, switch to rose from complex reds, refund on the space booking, etc). The wines didn't show well inthe heat and are probably not representative of what this winery has to offer. Read more

Just happened across this place while driving through Sonoma. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating for families... with small children. The seating area outside is surrounded by Vines, and very well kept. Would definitely come back with thegroup or on a date, 10 out of 10 recommend! Read more

This is a beautiful winery. The tasting room is classy and well decorated. The surrounding grounds are pretty. The wine is very... good. We enjoyed all of the wines that we tasted. However, the price per flight for tasting was a bit steep. Read more
