First could not get the order right, if we were a to go order we would have not caught it. Extra small fries 2 dollars and some... 50 cents or so. It did take them a minute to look at the receipt and figure it out. The beef was kind of tasteless my wife had ahot dog believe me you could do better in a microwave. I have been dining at Buona for a few years and typically enjoy a beef sandwich or a protein bowl which are always so tasty.... Today I ordered through a delivery app and decided to try a hamburger. This was without a doubt one of the best burgers I'vehad. I enjoyed my lunch from the very first bite to the last tasty morsel. Buona will be my go to spot the next time I want ahamburger. Read more
We were visiting from out of state and craving beef sandwiches. As a vegan I was so excited to try their vegan beef. We ordered... 4 regular beef sandwiches and 4 plant-based beef sandwiches (and 4 large fries). Alice was very polite and efficient taking ourorder. The food was ready promptly and packaged well to take home. At first it was a little difficult determining whichsandwiches were the beef and which were plant based because they weren?t marked at all, but we figured it out once we openedthem up (plant based are more peppery and a slightly different color.) The flavor of the vegan sandwiches was delicious andspot-on from what I remember a Buona Beef sandwich tasting like. Their fries are not vegan or vegetarian, but my family that atethem said they were horrible (dry and cold even though only a 10 minute drive home) and not worth getting next time. Take a look at my cold dry beef sandwich that i could have done a better job at home with. Also the cheese spread just tastes... ultra-processed. I'm only giving a bad review on Google because I gave them a bad review internally and then they sent me acredit to give them another shot and then you click on the redeem button and the qr-code deletes and you can't go back and printit to use it LOL. This location is not as good as the others in the area. Not only did they get our order wrong, but they also over charged us. I... ordered 2 hot dogs with fries and a 12" beef combo with no fries, but they gave me 7" beef combo with fries instead. Themanagement did correct the issue by making me another sandwich and they also refunded me the difference. The place is clean,wit an outdoor patio and a drive-thru. They have plenty of TV'S and a work section with power outlets for your laptop. I hopethey can get it together and solve the annoying little things that keep you from having an awesome experience.
