Went through drive thru. The kid was eating & dipping fries in something while taking orders & was using my water bottle as a... hand rest at the same time. When he opened the window, I asked for a new bottle of water so he threw that one away. The food wasmediocre at best. The chicken was ok though I didn't get what ordered. The mashed potatoes & gravy literally had no flavor. Onecontainer of potatoes was only half filled. One container of cole slaw same. Half filled. I just hate to eat out anymore. I made the mistake of going to this KFC thinking I?d get a meal, but when going through the drive thru the chicken was the... sorriest looking pieces of meat I?ve ever seen. The 3piece with the extra side for $11.29 , I don?t know how KFC plans to stayin business ripping off it?s customers with kiddie size portions and extra high prices. No napkins or utensils in the bag. Themanager on duty said this is the size of all their chicken. Very hard to believe KFC has downsized portions and increased priceas a business model. Read more
This is a Bad KFC in my opinion. Young kids always messing around on the job. They didn't give us our biscuits incld with the... Family meal. No receipt. They were out of Mashed Potatoes & Corn. They we're out of Chicken Sandwiches. It's like you were stuckwith what they had, not what you wanted. This establishment is horribly ran. Doubt I'll ever go back. Read more

This is just worst KFC/Taco Bell ever....I try to go this one all the time because it's close to my home. But every time it's... something "they ran out of biscuits", the pop got too much seltzer water in it, they can't find the butter, 30 minute wait onchicken, all we have is breast, we're not serving chicken at the moment, we're only serving taco bell when you have 3 more hoursuntil closing, etc........ Just close this KFC/Taco Bell down already!!! I'm just gonna stick with Popeyes going forward. Read more
Arrived at 9pm for my online pickup order on a Friday night, had already paid online, 8 piece bucket with sides, nothing crazy.... When I pull up at 9, place is dark, go to drive thru, ask for order, ?sorry we?re closed?, when I ask for my order they say theydon?t have food and their closed. I ask for a refund, no refunds through the app, I ask for assistance with the app, no help(?never used it before man, sorry!?), asked to speak to manager, got a teenager named Diego who told me there was nothing hecould do, come back tomorrow to speak to a manager just to get my money back. Waste of time, waste of money, rude staff,disrespectful, and no dinner or money back. Will not return. First time going to a KFC in years. Had a craving and thought itwould be a nice late Friday night dinner. Was reminded of why I stopped going to them in the first place. Terrible franchise,shut it down. Read more
Oh boy am I excited to share my story. It?s this day of American dreams, Memorial Day To be exact. I had told my sister and her... boyfriend to make their way to this exact location for some nice food because I was hungry. But oh boy this caught me off guardwhen they FaceTimed me but not really cause this place already has horrible stories with me!(not having food, horrible serviceetc.) they had told me when they drove in they saw the employees sitting down in the dark trying to hide the fact that it wasclearly open. Turn s out when they got to order they had responded with ?it?s Memorial Day we?re closed.? Horrible service! We placed an on line order last for 2 3pc chicken combos and were given a pickup time. When we walked in, and... asked for the order, we were told they could not give it to us. When I asked why not, I was told " because we are out ofchicken." I was not offered an apology or an alternative. When I asked about a credit card refund, I was told to "go to thewebsite." I have had NO resolution, sat on corporate's 800 number for 30 minutes. The staff was surly and unpleasant. Four yearsago, we visited this location, poor service, terrible wait.
