Don?t I repeat don?t do curbside pickup at this location. Placed order in advance, checked in and waited 30+ mins for my order... no one came. Had to go inside to collect my order didn?t have my coffee ready either and order was sitting on the counter readyand cold. Have no problems at any other McDonald?s locations? drive thru was empty.. three staff members just talking in thelobby. should have just order in drive thru vs the app. Very poor service, with no explanation on what took so long.. I rarely have issues with this location. I was a little frustrated today when a glitch in the mobile ordering system caused my... order to be lost. The staff apologized and handled it very professionally. Food was good too. Read more
I waited in the outer lane while 3 new cars were served at the inner lane. The manager was defensive and rude when I went in to... complain. Never apologized for the poor service. Don't waste your time! The drive thru volume is so low, you can't hear them speak. They tried to charge me (again) for my mobile... order, then tried to give me someone else's order. There wasn't splenda in the tea (per order) and the fries were cold. Read more
This place needs to update their hours. Pull through the drive thru at 10:33 PM on Sunday, 4/11 and the lady states they were... closed. I specifically searched for McDonalds that was open on Google Maps, so that I could get something on my way to work.Also the hours on the door states the drive thru is open til 11:00PM. Since that was not the case, update your hours and don'twaste people's time. Read more
First off, I love this place. The staff does an amazing job and the food always turn out amazing. Best customer service... experience! The team was genuinely friendly and the restaurant is spotlessly clean. I was very happy that I ate here! Thechicken sandwich was delicious and juicy, with so much flavor! fries and nuggets are always great and hot. For fast food thisranks amongst the best. Consistency and quality are their strength. But be warned. The food is pretty addicting. I definitelywill come back again. Read more
The kids have been begging to go to the play place forever and were so thrilled it was finally open. The food wasnt very hot but... it was served to us at our table quickly after ordering. It was clean. We were kindly asked to leave and told we could returnbut the employee needed to clean the play place every three hours and it was her designated time to do so (this cut our playtime short as we didn't want to just sit and wait for it to be cleaned but glad to know it's frequently worked on!) The staffwas friendly. There was also a really really loud element that when bounced up and down it banged (like a jack hammer) . Thekids loved it but it was very disruptive to those not playing (maybe needs to be oiled). Also it was nice that an employeenoticed my child didn't have shoes on when getting a drink at the fountain and told us in a nice way that for safety, shoesneeded be worn outside of the play zone. If I could give 0 stars I would - horrible service & incompetent staff. Whole order was messed up, had missing sandwiches in the... bag, over charged, no straw for beverage. Staff didn?t even apologize for messing up order - luckily I checked my own bag evenafter they supposedly gave me what I was missing & it wasn?t even close to what I had ordered.
