The floor and tables are filthy. Also can someone pls explain why Panera is now pressuring customers for tips? I place my own... order, get my own food, drinks and refills and clear my own table, so why is there an expectation of a tip? I have been a Paneracustomer all my life but am pretty offended by the expectation of a tip for nothing, on top of already very high prices. Wepaid $35 for two half sandwiches, a half salad, a cup of soup and a coffee + fountain drink, AND you want a tip too? I'm all fortipping if someone actually brings me my food and/or asks if I need a refill but this is ridiculous, I am done with Panera. Read more
I've always had a good experience here. I love the large patio outside. Want to add that prices have gotten a bit ridiculous,... but that's not the employees fault. $8 for a bowl of soup with a side of bread, chips or apple. Read more
If you enjoy coffee with your milk and a stale bun, then this is the Panera for you. My sandwich was not close to being how it... should taste and the coffee was nonexistent in my drink. It was basically a milkshake. Very disappointed with Panera, I feel nono matter how many times I try to go here something is always wrong. Read more
$12 for a sandwich!!!! Prices have gone up twice in the last 6-8 months. My sandwich consisted of 2 tomato slices, a small hunk... of cheese, and even less chicken.......FOR $12!! Prices go up, and amount of food and quality goes down. I won't be eatinghere again. Read more
Attendant seemed to have a bad day, I felt sorry for her. I didn't appreciate to pay almost $4 for a small cup of dark roast... coffee and I find it cold and taste like water. Tried other flavors, was the same. When I had to say something to the attendant,her response was "There is a microwave down there, that's what it is for", LOL ... Next time you find your coffee cold,remember, there is a microwave underneath :) Read more
Missing sandwiches, wrong orders, and previous frozen salads. Tried calling during non-peak hours to talk to a manager after... each occasion, but I only get hung up on. If I didn?t have two hungry kids in tow, I?d go back in person. Salads are over pricedfor the quality you get at this location. Read more
I was craving Panera's Mac and Cheese so my husband and I came here for dinner. The women at the counters were very polite and... provided us great customer service. There was a misunderstanding on my part and I thought I told the employee I wanted 1 appleand 1 bag of chips but I misheard the employee so they brought out 2 apples. I went back and told them we didn't touch the appleand that I misunderstood and asked for a bag of chips. She was very kind and let us keep the apple and gave us a bag of chipsfree of charge. Initially, this was a 2 star. I walked in only to find an unmanned cash register. I used the kiosk, which is confusing because... of 2 special requests of topping exclusions. The wait time was decent. The drink fountain is tucked behind a partition, notvisible. An employee was at cashier as I roamed around, so I asked him where fountain drinks were located. Very helpful andpointed me in the right direction. No lids to be found. The employee by pick-up was not as helpful. Kinda sorta threw a lid inmy direction. No one called my number or name. My name was not on the electronic list. I walked over to a bag that was ours,sitting on the counter. Nice green tape closing the bag so I asked if everything was there. Lid guy said Yes everything is thereor it wouldn't be sealed. I stepped away from the counter and did a quick review of contents. ***Note remove contents to ensureorder is correct*** I should have, but that's on me for not being thorough. Went home, one sandwich was missing. The bread sideswere wrapped and I mistook that for the third sandwich. I called the location but no one answered. Dinner rush, so I called acouple more times only to be booted from automated answering. Everyone was done eating, so my wife went back to the restaurant.The guy working the register made it right, even threw in 2 cookies. Lesson? Always check order thoroughly, not just a quickpeek.
