This is for the Glen Jean location: Normally visit the one in No. Charleston and have always loved it so we figured we?d give... this one a try. Big mistake. Walked in and sat for over 30 minutes without anyone acknowledging we were even there. It wasmoderately full when we came in and as we sat there table after table got up and left. One lady even asked if it would help ifshe got her own drinks. She, and her table of 8 left. There was a table of 5 and they left. I even saw a guy who had 2 beers getup and just walk out without paying and the server never noticed. So after most of the people got up and walked out the serverfinally realized the restaurant emptied out and we decided to leave. My wife said something about waiting so long and withoutrealizing I was still walking the server just shrugged her head and went back to whatever she was doing on her cell phone. Ionly saw her leave the bar area one time. The video parlor attendant seemed to be on point, maybe they should have her train therest of the servers. The bar tender was certainly attentive to the three people at the bar, it?s just a shame that therestaurant lost between 18-25 patrons. This place won?t last long with staff like this. Read more
Let's start with this is not a restaurant.. this is a bar. People are slow your food will be ok. The wings got a ton of sauce it... will be messy. Ask for all refills at the beginning or you will be waiting hours to get anything around here. Staff runs aroundwith head cut off.. Good food, nice place. Was there with some friends. Will certainly have to go back again to try some other options on their... menu. It wasn't a busy night and service was fairly quick. But I have seen other times where their parking lot is packed full. Read more
Do not eat here. Took over an hour to get food. Chicken wings, their "specialty" were the toughest things we've ever had. All... food came out barely warmer than ambient temperature. Crispy chicken sandwich was three boneless wings smashed into the bun,Costs $11, you can get 6 wings for $8. You do the math. Not the waiters fault took so long to get food. We went in with two kids, and there were still empty tables, but we waited 15 minutes for someone to take our order, then... another 45 for the food to come? when the food came, the chicken winds felt stale and tough, and they were completelyflavorless. The pita was fine though. Read more
Great wings, friendly waitstaff (we had Caitlyn), and homely feel. There are deals of the day and ample food options as... well. Stopped here before going on a rafting trip and I was pleasantly surprised at the great value of all the items. You canchoose as many flavors as you want for chicken wings, but I recommend the original BBQ, honey BBQ, and lemon pepper. Wingsthemselves were the perfect crisp and tenderness. The sweet Asian tasted like teriyaki marinade. Very generous with the sauce aswell! Burgers were good but wings were better. Fries also hit the spot. Read more
Not a bad place to stop and grab a bite. Chose this place based on Google reviews and pics. Wasn?t exactly like I thought it... would be, but the food was decent. We had honey mustard and sweet bbq boneless wings and fries/ sweet potato fries! The servicewas slightly slacking. A menu when seated would be nice before they start asking you what you want to drink! My husband didenjoy his Devil?s Backbone IPA though!! Would probably stop in again when in the area!! Read more
Dined on a Friday evening. Many menu items not available. The food we did receive was quite good. Returned the following evening... for dinner. We probably should have left based on the greeting alone. Stuck it out because we were exhausted and didn?t feellike traveling more. We watched as some diners were leaving without ever having contact with staff. We noticed 2 parties come inwell after us and we?re waited on promptly. Probably should have left, we didn?t. Finally got an order in. Some food came outquickly some took 45 mins after 1st orders arrived at table. All were warm to cold. I dunno, it was a busy weekend but it?s notlike they didn?t know it was coming. It is what it is these days I guess. Read more
