$38.14 for spaghetti with no meatballs and fettuccini Alfredo with shrimp. No salad or garlic bread included. Spaghetti wasn't... drained correctly and it was like eating spaghetti soup plus the " very little" spaghetti sauce they did put on it, didn't evenstick because it was so watery. Never again !! I could have bought a box of spaghetti, garlic bread and Ragu for a quarter ofthe price!!! Read more
Of all the restaurant chains, this one is among my favorites. Never had a bad meal at any location. This location is my... favorite. Always clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. Please be patient though. Like ever place else, they are shorton staff and they do the best they can. Food here is really good. The rolls were piping hot when served - just how you wantthem. Value to portion is also very good. Perfect place to stop for lunch or dinner if you are out shopping. Read more
My server Raphael was great and funny, and did a great job with helping us to feel warm and welcome, and his service was... fantastic. I got the bacon chicken ranch artisan and it was delicious, crust was crispy and on point, and the sauce was a littlesweet and tangy and it worked perfectly with the smoky bacon. Thanks! Read more

Every few months we take the trip from Media with the kids to Glenn Mills for pizza and Skyzone to relive a special... moment. Initial encounter with this establishment today was very poor. Greeting was cold and almost as if we were a bother. Ourparty of 9, 4 adults and 5 children were accommodated rather quickly. However, when suggesting to split the party we were told"THAT IS JUST NOT HOW WE DO THINGS HERE" The experience proceeded with missing menu items and rude comments that simply had norhythm or reason. After several attempts to remedy the situation, I requested a manager and a change in waiter. Raphael tookcare of us after drinks and appetizers. He was taking care of the bar as well as several tables and did so with a smile andpurpose. His attention to detail and diligence really changed our experience here as we really contemplated never returning tothis location. The Lemon Martini is amazing, try the baked Ravioli, chicken Parm and the chocolate cake. Also all the pizzahere is great for dine in. Read more
Very short on staff. The bartender was our waiter. The dinner took a long while. The pizza we had was okay at best. In the past... it was always great. I did not notice a manager but who knows he or she was probably the cook. I will try again if they haveenough staff. Read more
Won't go back. My bread was served on my plate burnt on the bottom like they tried to cover it up when plating. I asked for it... to be fixed and the 2nd batch was better. None of the food had much taste which was disappointing. Not very kid friendly. Always great service and the prices are reasonable. But... Let's talk about the food. Ordered the salmon entrée with no... substitutes. For $22 I got 3.5-4 oz with spinach and red bliss potatoes. Average portions but what was immediately noticeablewas the salt content. The spinach must have been sitting in brine as well as the salmon. Absolutely no excuse for this. Maybe15-20 years ago?? This just shows customers that the cooks are a step above a burger joint in their skill or lack thereof. Ifyou have high blood pressure your heart will be very unhappy. As for the potatoes they were grilled to complete dryness. Notquite burnt but another minute and they wouldn't be edible.. I do recommend the limoncello cake although it has gone up inprice. ????
