Witnessing the close of any business is sad especially one that gave such joy to those who visited. I'm not sure when this store... was shuttered but it was quite a surprise to see it completely vacated. I rated this one-star only because it no longer exists. If it was still open a 5-star review would be given. Read more

Well there?s a first first everything. Ordered coffee toffe, asked if it had nuts and was told no. Low and behold it did, went... back and told them it did and was told ?no it doesn?t it has Heath bar? I explained that heath bar has almonds and was told ?noit doesn?t? ???? The point being, she told me if I wanted something else I had to BUY IT and would not give me a different icecream even though they told me there were no nuts ???? Bruster's Real Ice Cream (Glen Mills) The manager ?couldn?t talk? but alittle google search turned up the owner. Rita Lawery you should probably give me a call.. Read more

Up until today, I probably would have said a 5 star ??. The quality and taste of the ice cream is great. I unfortunately... observed from my car while eating my ice cream? (2) employees using their personal spoons to dip into various ice creamcontainers and consume it without using a different spoons. Some training needs to be in place. This will be my last timecoming. EDIT(06/30/22@815pm): It was really important to get my mom a gift card to this place, her birthday's tomorrow and my dad was... telling me it's her favorite place. It took me really swallowing my pride to go back after the experience I had an hourbefore. As it was, the lines were much longer on my second trip, yet, people were being served at a much more reliable pace. The young lady that helped me was impressively courteous and made me feel like I was the only customer in line, it was a realtreat, and thank you! It was SO much better this second time than my first trip. I may be back to try the food. Great???? ORGNL(06/30/22@7pm): Wow, tough. I've heard this is a really good ice creamery, yet I couldn't get anybody to serve me onthis 90° day. I waited approximately 15 minutes, in a shallow line of guests. I couldn't wrap my head around nobody was moving. That's really unfortunate. Read more

First I want to say I wrote this comment with all love. And if I sound like criticizing I?m still striving to be fair and... inclusive. I am a regular customer at this location for years. It was always a pleasant experience until today. So this waswhat happened: I arrived at the location and there wasn?t a line. In behave of my 5 year old little one I asked for a Dinosundae and asked instead of the chocolate syrup and sprinkles can I have the dirt as topping. The lady served me, whose nameappear on the attached receipt is MonicaB so I will call her Monica, asked if I want the gummy worm too. I said no. When Monicadeliver the sundae she said it is 5.91. Then the conversation started: Me: I thought the Dino sundae is 3 dollarsomething. Monica: the dirt sundae is 3.89 and the Dino cookie is 1.69 Me: I understand. But I thought I asked for the Dinosundae and asked to swap the chocolate syrup topping to the dirt. Monica: but you added the Dino cookie on the dirt sundae andthe cookie cost 1.69. Do you want it or not? Me: I don?t consider I get the dirt sundae and add a cookie. What I asked for wasthe Dino sundae. Monica (irritated): do you want it or not? Me: yes but do you see we have a different understanding of how theprice is calculated? Monica: do you want it or not? This conversation was not going anywhere. I looked down at my kid. I don?twant to disappoint the little one. Plus we are heading to a group class so I didn?t have much time. I decided to stop thisunpleasant conversation and paid for the ice cream. On the way driving to the class, I continued to feel a thorn in the throat.Do I care about the 1 or 2 dollars? No. I have paid much more tips to this shop. If Monica explained to me that the topping isonly available on the dirt sundae that?s why she had to charge me two items, or the dirt costs 1.69 if used as a substitutetopping, I would have accepted that. I would understand that was how the price was calculated. But no. She was not listening Read more

This is an amazing place to get ice creams. Plenty of flavors and large portions ???? I had chocolate, cherry vanilla and... raspberry swirl. The combo was amazing. One medium waffle cone ice cream is more than enough for 2 people. *You might have towait in the queue for 5 to 15 minutes to order, this place is always busy. Read more
