I can?t say anything about the food, but definitely the service. We placed an online order that accidentally went to the... following day. I called to correct it and the person on the phone was honestly unbelievable. I asked her if I could pleasecancel the order and she told me ?no, I?m just the cashier I can?t do that.? I said ok, can I talk to someone who could? Sheresponded with ?no, he left 30 minutes ago.? Okay, that?s fine so I requested if I could read her my order and place a new onewith them and call to cancel the mistaken one tomorrow. This was her response. ?No, I can?t do that. You can come get your foodtomorrow though.? What?????? Absolutely unbelievable and clueless and intentionally rude. I was patient and trying to think ofsolutions. I called back the next day to cancel and the man on the phone promptly helped me but I have zero clue what was upwith the person from the previous day. I never write bad reviews but I was shocked when she seriously said I could get my foodtomorrow. Will never attempt and order here again. Read more
It was actually kind of insulting an 18" cheesesteak enough steak to cover half the roll. Ask for an order of sweet peppers on... the side and an order of mushrooms on the side. Excellent! Just ordered for first time, Capastrami and Italian hero(hoagie) Pastrami was excellent ! And the whole hero(hoagie)... was delicious . Place was clean and personnel was friendly. I will definitely order from here again and again. Read more
It?s been a little while since I?ve been at Capriotti?s and I was pretty excited to get a Capistrami, which was one of my... favorite sandwiches from them. Incredibly disappointed. I am a former employee and I can assure you that this place is disgusting. We used to be great, but over the summer we got new... management and this place has gone downhill since. They employees are disrespectful and careless. The place may look clean fromthe customers point of view, but if you were to go behind the counter it is disgusting. The food it?s self is gross.
