I agree with all the other negative reviews. I never write reviews but they need to replace the woman at the drive-thru window... who is rude, makes you step out of your car to get your order and the order is not even right. Between Starbucks and DD,customer experience is like night and day. Read more
This is the worst DD I?ve ever dealt with. I have visited this location 5x approx & there has always been something wrong or... forgotten. They?ve given me wrong items and I didn?t order and never really bothered to call back or go back. This past weekthey gave me donuts that were OBVIOUSLY DAYS old, I could break a window with it. The other day my drink was incorrect and thelady at the window argued with me about it. While at the window I saw a worker grab money and prep food right after no washinghands no gloves. Im just not coming back EVER. I recommend NO one continues to give this place their money or waste their timegoing here. if u want your drink thrown at you, getting money stolen, and wrong dunkin orders be my guest. Never have had a single good... experience here. I go to the other wawa farther away because I?m so sick of this place. Terrible customer service, never havegotten my order right here, forgets to give you your stuff and gets mad when you ask for your order. Lady at the window is constantly miserable, has made me get out of my car to get my food because she refuses to meet you halfway... out the window to hand over the orders. I have never gotten any change back from this dunkin and my iced coffee is constantlyWARM and more times than not, incorrect orders. My coffee roll was raw. literally watched him put 14 pumps of sugar in my drink after repeating my order multiple times and him just saying ?huh? .... Also did a full cup of ice when i asked for none ?. I?ve worked at dunkin before and this was the worst drink i?ve ever had andi get the same thing every time very specific. He tripled the amount of sugar to where i couldn?t even drink it . This place is trash!i already had a problem with The Drive thru woman not giving back your change until you ask for it. I let it... slide a few times. But then found this in my coffee today. I almost ate it! I was hoping it was a filter of some kind but itseems to be some kind of food. I don?t understand how this could end up in my cup! Read more
In door dining is not welcoming. Staff not friendly with the exception of the tall young lady. A guy just stand there rudely... stares at customers. Weird. Place looks clean though which is good. Read more
