It was a comedy of errors. I ordered a ham and cheese omelet off of the Ihoppy Hour menu. It was supposed to have a white... cheese sauce on top and come with 3 pancakes. Key word supposed to. The cheese sauce was not there and I had to request thepancakes after my meal was over because I never saw my server again after getting my meal. Then when I finally got the pancakesthere were 2 not 3. In the servers defense she was the only server trying to take care of the entire store herself and had 4tables with three of them arriving at once. This is the 3rd IHOP I have been to in a row where the food was served differentthen described on the menu. Maybe you should leave a menu with the cooks so they make the items correctly. Read more
Not great. Arrived and seated quickly. Long wait until waitress came. It was shortly after noon. We tried to order our son a... milkshake and were told ?no milkshakes until 2pm? No where is that listed on the menu and our son was very disappointed. Toldwaitress they need to put that on the menu of that?s the case. Ordered a salad from the appetizer menu, it arrived at the sametime as our meal. Long wait for meals though they weren?t busy. Salad arrived dry and I had to ask for dressing. Son orderedplain pancakes w side of choc chips. They arrived covered in chocolate sauce and whipped cream. Sent them back. New ones arrivedw hardly any butter on top. My entree was disgusting, ordered a burrito and literally took 1 bite and that was it. Gross. Sideof Hash browns were burnt on top and tasteless underneath. Waitress took forever to check back and we had to ask for napkins anddrink refills. Disappointing to say the least. Our previous 2 visits here were much better. Read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Other than the food being good as always the service and experience was absolutely... horrendous! I?m sadden because me and my family frequent this restaurant and we?ve never had a problem until today. Forstarters, not only did we have to wait 25 min at the door with no host in site. Upon being seated it was an additional TWENTYminutes before our waitress finally came over to greet us not even introducing herself by the way. My husband went to the car tograb something to calm our son and I put all over our orders in including drinks. Another 25 to 30 minutes passed and me and myfamily are just sitting there starting at each other because we don?t even have our drinks!!! Our food proceeded to come out andstill no drinks. The waitress then acknowledged that she didn?t bring our drinks and still took an additional 15 whole minutesto bring them out. During the time we waited I watched her prioritize other responsibilities such as cleaning and getting thingsfor previous guests. As a fellow waitress that?s not at all how you do things!!! After the young lady disappeared I asked tospeak to a manager and guess what no one ever came!!! I am highly disgusted and disappointed with our treatment today and I?llprobably never return. You guys really need to retrain your staff immediately!!!! Wow it just doesn?t stop. I?m sitting here inthe establishment writing this review and we just received all of our things about ten minutes ago. Can you believe the waitresscame out with our check!!! How extremely rude. I actually was thinking about giving this place another try even with my horridexperience but that last stunt was the icing on the cake!!! I am completely turned off!!! By the way her name is Mia.
