It was a comedy of errors. I ordered a ham and cheese omelet off of the Ihoppy Hour menu. It was supposed to have a white... cheese sauce on top and come with 3 pancakes. Key word supposed to. The cheese sauce was not there and I had to request thepancakes after my meal was over because I never saw my server again after getting my meal. Then when I finally got the pancakesthere were 2 not 3. In the servers defense she was the only server trying to take care of the entire store herself and had 4tables with three of them arriving at once. This is the 3rd IHOP I have been to in a row where the food was served differentthen described on the menu. Maybe you should leave a menu with the cooks so they make the items correctly. Read more
Not great. Arrived and seated quickly. Long wait until waitress came. It was shortly after noon. We tried to order our son a... milkshake and were told ?no milkshakes until 2pm? No where is that listed on the menu and our son was very disappointed. Toldwaitress they need to put that on the menu of that?s the case. Ordered a salad from the appetizer menu, it arrived at the sametime as our meal. Long wait for meals though they weren?t busy. Salad arrived dry and I had to ask for dressing. Son orderedplain pancakes w side of choc chips. They arrived covered in chocolate sauce and whipped cream. Sent them back. New ones arrivedw hardly any butter on top. My entree was disgusting, ordered a burrito and literally took 1 bite and that was it. Gross. Sideof Hash browns were burnt on top and tasteless underneath. Waitress took forever to check back and we had to ask for napkins anddrink refills. Disappointing to say the least. Our previous 2 visits here were much better. Read more
Fast service, good food, nothing to complain. It was a good time.
Place was completely empty and by reading these reviews, I'm not surprised. Food was ok...wish there was more sausage in my... omelette. IHOP - more like IFLOP. We ordered online and did curbside pickup at 7:40pm. We were pleasantly surprised that our order was... ready when we got there 5 mins, early as the last time we did curbside we waited 20+ minutes over the time it was supposed to beready. Wow iHOP redeemed itself we thought?. Then we got home and realized not only did IHOP not redeem themselves theydropped lower in our opinion of them as: 1 We were not given our $6 shake. I really don?t mind that the shake is 6 bucks as longas I actually get it. 2. Our cupcake pancakes had the sprinkles but no frosting (the best part) 3. The banana strawberry Frenchtoast had neither bananas nor strawberries, making them just plan French Toast So we call at 7:55 pm (they close at 8) and getno one, it rings and rings, so we call again and get no one. It strikes me that they probably have a vanilla shake there and abag of the missing toppings. If IHOP were proactive and customer centric, I would think they would call me or t least send mean email to let me know that what we paid for was there, and not given to us. I guess what we should have done is opened upeverything (in the parking lot) that was given to us to make sure that we received what we ordered, but frankly we shouldn?thave to do that - As it is on the receipt!!! My advice - either go somewhere else or make sure you get all of the food youordered while you are sitting there in the parking lot. Read more
IHOP is always a go to place, when ever you?re hungry????. Delicious, good quantity and decent price. Good coffee, awesome... pancakes, and tasty omelette verities. We ordered a home delivery due to COVID situations, all the items where separately wellpacked. Awesome meal, I am sure I will order again soon???? The delivery time was a bit longer than initially showed but theyummy food compensated it???? We enjoyed the meal... hope you guys will enjoy too. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. Other than the food being good as always the service and experience was absolutely... horrendous! I?m sadden because me and my family frequent this restaurant and we?ve never had a problem until today. Forstarters, not only did we have to wait 25 min at the door with no host in site. Upon being seated it was an additional TWENTYminutes before our waitress finally came over to greet us not even introducing herself by the way. My husband went to the car tograb something to calm our son and I put all over our orders in including drinks. Another 25 to 30 minutes passed and me and myfamily are just sitting there starting at each other because we don?t even have our drinks!!! Our food proceeded to come out andstill no drinks. The waitress then acknowledged that she didn?t bring our drinks and still took an additional 15 whole minutesto bring them out. During the time we waited I watched her prioritize other responsibilities such as cleaning and getting thingsfor previous guests. As a fellow waitress that?s not at all how you do things!!! After the young lady disappeared I asked tospeak to a manager and guess what no one ever came!!! I am highly disgusted and disappointed with our treatment today and I?llprobably never return. You guys really need to retrain your staff immediately!!!! Wow it just doesn?t stop. I?m sitting here inthe establishment writing this review and we just received all of our things about ten minutes ago. Can you believe the waitresscame out with our check!!! How extremely rude.
