Went on an enjoyable family dinner with phenomenal service and great tasting service. Christine, our waitress, was great and... thoughtfully proactive with her service. For example, she brought out two bloomin' sauces so we didn't have to ask for an extra,when we asked for our bread to go she didn't toast it to prevent it from becoming stale, and she ensured that we had everythingwe needed. The service was awful, and no one at Outback really cared. We were seated almost immediately and our drink orders were taken.... When the drinks were delivered, our food order was taken. It was almost an hour before we got our food. Most of the orders werecorrect, except for my daughter. They did make it right eventually. First visit since pandemic. Very disappointing experience. Our waitress was very experienced and competent but the hostess and... the bartender were not ready for prime time. Her spicy Rita margaritas had a strange taste. My sirloin with 5 Nashville hotwings was not cooked to order. The hot wings were microscopic and had none of the traditional red sauce. Came in after a long day. Ordered the large bowl Cobb salad with grilled chicken. The bowl was small; the lettuce was WHITE... Iceberg; the bacon bits were imitation; and the grilled chicken was approximately 4 ounces of no taste! For $16 I should havehone to Barnabys and had a very large tasty salad that is with green lettuce! Read more
I had dinner with a co-worker after a long day working at our job that recently caught on fire. We were exhausted after doing... cleanup all day. Christina was our server and Alyssa was our bartender. Both of them did so much to make our day better withouteven knowing we needed a pick-me-up. Two Fridays ago, my husband was looking for what he called: "A Real Meal". I am a vegan so I rarely cook meat. He then said -... "How about Outback?" Sure I said. (I can understand why) We ordered making sure his steak was not at the cooking level hewanted (We knew we would heat it up once it got home) - so when we did heat it - it was PERFECTLY COOKED!!! All the sides andeverything else was PERFECT, too. When I pulled up to the restaurant, someone came out immediately. I didn't even wait 5minutes for them to return with our food. The person was extremely courteous, and everything was GREAT!! Before I knew it, Iwas on my way home with a "Real Meal" my husband was waiting for. It did not disappoint him one bit. As I mentioned above,everything was Perfect - and I can still hear my husband's voice saying - "This so soooo good". Thank you everyone for all thatyou do. I love Outback and yesterday's visit did not disappoint!! We had a short wait and were sitted in a cute booth for two. Our... waiter was awesome! Super attentive and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our dinner. The food was tasty...Thebloomin onion is my fave along with the garden salad with the mustard vinaigrette dressing. And I know the pic of my 6 oz steakmay not look too appealing but it was very well seasoned and super tender. I left feeling very happy! Read more
Was in tonight for dinner, Christina my server was amazing. The bartenders Alyssa and Peter were absolutely amazing the drinks... they made our table were 100% fantastic. I see them both running around taking care of bar guests and table guests and they killit! 1000% recommend! Read more
