Okay so I honestly visit this store twice a week or more in the summer. Staff totally rocks and they always hustle their butts... off. I love the Strawberry Hulk and Banana Boat. Love the rewards system and I'm always walking with a smoothie or 2 for thenext day. Hours were crazy during covid but now you can stop by just about any reasonable time and they will serve you. my friends and i are regulars at smoothie king, our orders are all the same. we order the angel food and add protein and peanut... butter in it for an extra $3. we received one smoothie that was made correctly, when it?s correct it?s this light pinkcolor.ours were dark pink, when we went back through the drive through to ask them for a refund because this has happened everysingle time i?ve been here for the last couple weeks. only because i?m paying $16.90 for two smoothies. the woman tries togaslight us and tell us it was made correctly when it clearly wasn?t. then she takes the smoothies from us aggressively closesthe window and throws them in the trash, and starts to remake them. i wanted a refund. we had to wait for a different woman tocome back with the remade smoothies in order to ask for a refund since the window got slammed in our faces before we got thewords out. apparently the womens name was colleen. I love smoothie King, especially when I don't want to have a heavy lunch. I usually do the peanut power plus chocolate meal... replacer and it is so good and hits the spot to fill me! I also was opened up to a new awesome flavor- banana boat with peanutbutter, tastes like a nutter butter, yum! Read more
The staff is VERY polite and friendly. We showed up 10 minutes before they were closing and the girls cleaned most of the stuff... already but they still took our order without a hint of irritation. I felt bad being one of those customers who show up rightbefore closing. Nothing to complain about! Read more
Absolutely horrible customer service. Woman at the drive thru window did not even greet me or give me my total, she simply put... her hand out for my payment when I got to the window. The man who gave me my smoothie was the exact same way. Could not evendrink the smoothie through a straw it had so many unblended chunks. Really disappointing for an $8 smoothie. Read more
5 on taste, 0 on service. Arrive @ 8:46 and they close at 9 but tell me they're closed. Ask for manager and she said same thing.... I tell them I do reviews for juice bars and I get a lot of views and she's all the sudden a sweet sweet manager. "Oh I didn'tsay we closed" and starts blaming the first employee lol. Sorry service compared to the MANY Clean Juice franchises I review.Clean Juice is far superior. That's how you lose a customer, a customer who travels the country expediting be and juices everyday. One bad employee and bad manager can cost you millions and you'd never know it. Read more
