This place should be given a zero star however that wasnt an option. When I ordered the black bean avocado club, instead of... black bean patty it was a meat patty and the burger was cold. I am a vegetarian and I am very furious to have meat patty. Itook a bite it tasted cold and rubbery so i removed the bun and inspected the patty and that's how I knew it was meat. therewere no black beans on it. earlier the night they put bacon on my sandwich which i ordered in store. this is very frustratingto happen twice in a night. with meat. I'm trying to eat my dinner since 7pm its almost 10:20pm at the submission of thisfeedback. the store said they were sending another sandwich but they canceled the order on me and uber went to pick up and whenuber went there they guy called and told me the store is closed. I havent yet eaten anything. I am really furious to have thesehappen 3 times in one night. Please prepare your food correctly and check everything before it sends out. also in the backplease change your gloves wen preparing vegetarian meals. this is the worst experience I have had. I will take these up withsmashburger corporate as well. Hire more people if pple cant do their job properly. Read more

If I could give them more than five stars I would I swear the cooks that were working the night shift made my food perfect. The... burger was absolutely juicy. The wings were really good. Would definitely recommend to eat here in person and also online fordelivery. Read more

Service is slow but expected because your burger is made to order. But it didn't disappoint at all. To me, it tasted just like... the burgers your mom might make at home with chopped hamburger meat pan fried and smashed with the spatula, complete with allthe fixins'. The fries were over the top. 27 + minutes and still waiting on my order (burger and fries, nothing fancy). Had enough of the wait and canceled order. No... one even bothered to apologize for the ridiculous wait, as if I should just accept this type of service. Unfortunate because Ikind of like their burgers. Read more

I watched a whole episode that was 45 minutes and still not receive my food. I watched the employees serve multiple people that... ordered after me. I complained after 35 minutes of waiting for chicken tenders and fries. They said it would take 3-5 minutes. Istill never received my food while other customers were. At this point I asked for a refund but was upset at the fact that thesupervisor did nothing to make the situation better. the place lost the quality it used to have... the meat is obviously not the same quality anymore, and the worst... the current... staff does not know how to serve the public... Terrible EXPERIENCE!!! An assistant manager was busy having a conversation with an employee as the employee was picking her... nose! This is an act of disgust and totally inappropriate!! Serving cold fries and no flavor burgers is a slap in the face to aNAME. Then to watch the same employee not wash her hands as she tenders the cash register. Completely last time at thisrestaurant. Recently I visited this location and the cashier was rude? never greeted me, no smile, nor did he ask ?What?s your order?. He... just stood at the register, when my order was complete he asked me my name. My regular fries were cold and not so fresh so Ireturned and the manager gave me a fresh batch and a large. I will give them two stars because the manager was friendly andaccommodating. This is a busy location so they definitely need to step up their customer service skills! Read more
