If an order for one or two small drinks is going to take over 10 minutes, try telling your customers. Waited for 15-20 minutes... for 2 small chai teas. I have NEVER waited longer than 5 minutes for a chai at any Starbucks MUCH more crowded than this one.Maybe 6-7 people in this Starbucks and it took 20 minutes? Ridiculous. Read more
