The food was very tasty. The pricing was a bit high for the serving. 18.00 for a small thin piece of blackened catfish served... on a bed of rice is too high. However, the gumbo served with a scoop of rice at 12.00 was about right. Lots of deliciouschicken in a spicy brown gumbo with a small amount of sausage. All sides are extra. The service was not in line with theprices, but the restaurant is still getting started, so we will go back in a couple of months and see if they have improved. The wait staff are inexperienced, so I think they should improve with time. Read more

Stopped on way back to Mansfield. Had the Rice and Beans. Excellent. Nice location near Glen Rose.
Good food, good service. Reasonable prices.. Brand new so I'll give it a few more tries, but so far so good
Had some rather large opening week growing pains, but the food tasted great and I have hope the rest will follow. There was a... singer/guitarist there when we went so that was fun. I'll update once we go back after a while with a less lenient review. Read more
My food was cold sent back twice, which I never do, then third time went to kitchen asked them to microwave it!! Still... cold.....not sure what to say. Read more
