Pizza hut delivered to my house twice recently. My Husdand called in an order on Thursday November 3rd, a nice young man took... the order, as the young man repeated the order and confirmed our address, in the background very rudely a guy says " WE AINTDELIVERING WAY OUT THERE, THATS OUT OF CITY LIMITS" & continued to mouth off. My Husband said" No, No its not we live in Citylimits y'all have been here twice, I'll take my business elsewhere and hung up!! That was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE. The worst. Ordered delivery and the kid forgot my 2 litre of coke. He didn't come back for an hour and a half because he was... waiting for another delivery... Tried pickup. They mixed both pizzas up and put tomato sauce on the bbq chicken pizza and bbqsauce on the pepperoni... Offered me a partial refund. I left the pizza and took the full refund There's a reason this place isunder new management every couple months. Go to simple Simon's, or starve either option is better. Read more

The App. needs to be fixed, so that customers will know if their order can not be filled. I was short a pizza that the store... does not make, but never received a cancellation notice and had to find extra food for my event at the last minute. A messageon the app. would be another option as well. Let the customer know that it is not an option at that store. The worker wasnice, but the she claimed to have no idea that I had ordered another pizza because this store does not make that style. Filthy and dirty. Looked like it wasn't cleaned so. E the previous evening. We came in at 1 pm. And there was just one lady to... pi k up a pizza. There was no one until next 45 min till we finished eating but the staff didn't clean any of the tables noteven the one we were on. Pizza hut just reduced all my appetite to zilch that day.
