Slow and not very attentive during my last visit. Didn't seem to sync as a team. Ordered where slow to come out. Lots of... standing around. Orders were wrong and people had to bring them back. Hope the next experience is better. Read more
This place isn't great. Probably 2nd worse in the PG area. The first is Kettering near Giant/Target/Lowes. The tables tend to... be dirty and they always run out of options early in the morning. The supply should be better, considering the location andthat it's a busy area; hundreds of SFH, THs, right off major roads/the beltway. This place could do so much better. You canalways expect a wait, long lines and limited food choices. Depending on who showed up that day, the staff are friendly and it'snot their fault, but the management could use some remedial training and really step it up. Read more
This location is in serious need of a deep clean. From the counters to the floor. Everywhere was filthy. Service was great at... the register, then became a calamity after that. After receiving my hot ham and cheese croissant, I had to wait over 10 minutesfor a barrister to pour my lemonade! Unacceptable. 4 barristers stood around making and blending complicated drinks for personsthat weren't even in the store!! If this were the last Starbucks location open, I still wouldn't return here. I ordered oatmeal which took a long time. And when I reminded the young man he handed me oatmeal with no toppings. When I asked... for the topping that come with oatmeal he said they didn't have any except the berries. I had to speak to the manager who thengave me the toppings. No apology from anyone. Read more
The good: Service is good, staff does a good job of keeping up with demand as this is a popular location. The bad: Outdoor... seating area needs to be deep cleaned, pressure washed weekly like Starbucks locations in other neighborhoods. Coffee stains,chewing gum, cigarettes, straws, and trash. Read more
This location has a drive through available. I usually use it and it moves quickly and tge staff are friendly. Today I went... inside. The atmosphere was cheerful with the holiday music playing. The staff was very friendly. They had many people workingwhich made food preparation quick. As i waited, i noticed that they had various sized tables to accommodate different groups ofpeople. They also had an outside seating area. Although this location is in a shopping center, the view is trees which makes fora great retreat if going for a reprieve. I ordered a double smoked bacon and Cheddar sandwich which is my ultimate Favorite. Ialso ordered a medicine ball tea. During this season, it is a must. Its a wonderful citrus flavor that kicks the beginning ofany cold. Highly recommend! Read more
