Hit or miss - depends on who is working. Very slow service today, waited a long time while they were working on online orders.... Dry, tough bread, toppings are cut so thin you can?t even taste them and the condiments were put on very sparlingly- a drysandwich overall. Never had issuse with emplees until today order a sub she put the wrong thing on it but i say its ok but she walk away away and... throw the sandwich in the trash i ask her again why she throw it away she didn't even answer me and gave attitude had to walkaway sorry to rhe other guy working with her. I had a black forest ham 6". As they were making my sandwich I noted they put on three slices of ham, and pulled one off. Next,... I had American cheese, two slices and I guess two slices was too much, so he broke some off and returned it to tub. I wasthinking perhaps Wisconsin is out of cheese and Minnesota is out of pork. I have been ordering via their app and it has been very good for the most part. There have been a few mistakes (they're human... too) but they are always very good at correcting the problem. My opinion of them has gotten much better. Read more
I ordered a subway club but got an American club. I?m not sure why they don?t feel like they need to say they don?t have roast... beef or a subway club anymore. The manager chimed in with a snappy and sassy response that made the situation worse. Read more
I ordered 3 oven roasted chicken online and 2 of those did not have the chicken. How can I get my money back? How can we trust... in the online services if things like this happen? I didn't realize this until I got home 50 miles away and I won't be in thearea for the next 4 days, otherwise I will return the sandwiches and ask for my money back. Terrible service. Read more
Taste was good. Sandwich was well built, but price variables???. I had a 6" Meatball with everything for $2.99 And a 6" ... pepperoni with lettuce. $5.99. ????wtf.? Like 8 slices of pepperoni and a hand full of chopped lettuce. $6?? The margin ofprofit on that sandwich is . . . . Anyhow. I would have expected it to be the other way around. Read more
