Little disappointed with this place, I get that when customers come in 10 minutes to close it can be frustrating but you?re open... till 8 be open till 8. Came in tonight after work 7:50 for a pepperoni pizza and was immediately told no. I understand if it?sslow and you close early but then shut the sign off. Called to order pizza. Person who answered the phone immediately put me on hold. 7:42 seconds later no one had answered the... phone. So I drove up, went in the store. Three employee working. Not one acknowledged me when I walked in. When one finally didapproach she asked how she could help. I showed her the phone and stated that I was actually still on hold and decided to driveup she apologized. I then asked for the managers information and I was told that she could not provide me that information. Isaid I don?t require her number, just her name. She again said, I was told by the manager not to give out her name orinformation. She said she will be in tomorrow though. I purchased my pizza and left. The employee was very apologetic and savedthe sale. She was clearly not the one that answered the phone. But being out on hold and having to drive up to order your pizzais not very professional. Wonderful service, amazing food! Truly the best in the world! Last week, we (the official government of Ethiopia) invited the... prince of Saudi Arabia for a diplomatic visit. Although we planned to have a fancy dinner for the prince when he arrived,nothing in our cook's pantry seemed fancy enough... For a moment we were quite worried that the prince would be disappointedwith our welcome meal and not want to do business with our country. That was when we heard about Godfather's Pizza in Glencoe.The Canadian ambassador to Ethiopia was talking about the best pizza restaurants he had ever visited, and he mentioned this oneas his #1 favourite. So, upon his recommendation, we called this restaurant and ordered 3 pizzas. The cashier that answered thephone was very polite, and although they didn't have any rhinoceros meat to put on the pizzas, they said they could very easilyput pepperoni meat on. Although they don't normally do international pizza deliveries, they still sent one of their workers todrive the pizzas to Ethiopia. That is true dedication to customer service. (Amazingly, the pizzas were still warm!) All in all,the diplomatic meeting was a success; the prince agreed to sign a free trade agreement with the government of Ethiopia, and heLOVED the pizza! Maybe he will stop by here for a visit some day... Pizza is always done when you ask it to be if you set your own time, never had a bad one come from there. One of the workers... doesn't like to keep his mask on when talking or prepping food which really turned me off but hopefully he's gotten better. Theno mask is why I feel it deserves a 1 star.
