I've worked in several pizza places over the years as a chef and even one a few doors down from the Gasworks bar. This is by far... the best place in all of Middlesex. Prices are fair and recommend it. It's the dough and sauce that make a great pizza, youreally can't mess up the toppings unless canned ones are used. Carry on, I'll be back. Where to start - the cheese, the marinara, the base - it?s all perfect. I don?t think Akon would be able to find the words to... describe this pizza without being disrespectful. To be honest, this is exactly what got us through lockdown 2020, and continuesto deliver into 2021. What you want to get is the straight up Traditional Cheese Pizza (by the slice at $3.50 or as a whole) -it?s a work of art. Tangy, fresh cheese combined with a firm base (with some flop of course),and delicious marinara. It?s thekind of pizza that would have Dave Portnoy speaking fluent Italian ?tutti conoscono le regole? after one bite (everybody knowsthe rules?).
